I am an internationally recognised, subject matter expert and project leader, specialising in the implementation, maintenance and auditing of health, safety, quality and environmental management systems. I provide improvement strategies to major blue-chip organisations, reporting at board level on delivering a quality product that is technically suitable in a safe and sustainable way. I work nationally and internationally taking the lead on projects in a variety of sectors such as construction, manufacturing and transport.

United Kingdom

I am Lead Associate Consultant for the British Safety Council handling their major clients for projects in the UK and overseas. The majority of this work is construction associated with clients such as Siemens Power & Generation, Network Rail, Mace, Larson & Turbo Construction (India) and DLF Power & Services (India). This work includes of creating and delivering strategy so organisations can meet and address their challenges and opportunities.

India

Continuing to manage several measurable improvements in the performance of DLF Power & Services (India). The improvements came in the shape of reduced LTIs, reduced waste, increased stakeholder engagement, improved quality of service. This also enabled a reduction in worker attrition, unauthorised absence and customer complaints.
