Working within an outsourced environment, Chris engendered a “one team” approach, presenting a united front during business and senior management reporting. Chris applied firm but fair pressure to ensure that targets and timelines were understood and that all were bought in to the aim of trying to achieve them. The project was noted as a resounding success and a good example of the way two organisations could work together. It delivered within budget and met the fixed deadline for end of support, despite a start hindered by commercial agreements.
