During my time with Gopuff:Sept I started at my site 273, during this time I turned the site around to have a CEO and an Investor meetingEnd of Oct I took over CVG 70 for a provisional basis while they found leadership which then turned into 2 months of running two stores going back and forth while still only in month 2 of being with GopuffOnce a manager was found for CVG 70 I did the first two weeks of training for her while still running both sitesI then looked over both sites during her last week of training and immediately after went to LOU 338 to support for a week which turned into multiple trips to 338 while still managing CVG 273After getting back from 338 the second time I was home for 3 days before getting a message of a SOS for the Nashville 91 location during the winter storm in Jan 2024. The same day I got in my car and went to NASH to support 91 and staff for 3 days. Once I returned to Cincinnati I had about a week until I was back in LOU 338 for the last time as of now.This then brought us to GOATfest and immediately after GOATfest I flew to NYC market to help restructure 869 for 2 weeks.I was then back for about a week and a half before receiving notice that a site in NYC needed assistance as well which I then left 2 days later to assist NYC for another week and a half.All of this has been done while still only in month 5 of being with Gopuff going on month 6.Dropped Order edit rate by 1.5% since Sept 2023Dropped defects by 15.9% Since Sept 2023Our employee budget has finally been where it needs to be as well.Pre-Bin times stable most months through tenureDelivery times stable through tenure minus a few misses here and there that we continue to work at.

As an Operations Manager in our Cincinnati market for Citrin I have many different roles starting with managing our client relationships and shift fill levels. Along with these things I also work on-site with the team on the front line for a specific amount of hours working with our valets and account managers for extra training. During my off time there are a few things that take place on the admin side which consist of payroll, monitoring call-offs, being sure our coaching and development is being submitted in a timely manner, having meetings weekly including touching base with each account manager weekly. On top of all of this I lead the market in our sales and business development to grow our Cincinnati market as we have gone from 4 accounts in the market when I started to now 7 in the span of less than a year.
