The resort consists of a Spa, and 10 separate bars and food outlets. In this role I lead a team of 110 staff. My position revolves around overseeing all F&B operations, along side our resort boutique, and guest recreation activities.• Losean: This is a modern breakfast and all day dining outlet, consisting of local inspired dishes and international classics.• Curieuse: This is an Asian inspired outlet, pulling traditional dishes from all over South East Asia, and India.• Sushi Room: High-end Sushi/ Japanese restaurant, using locally caught seafood.• Pool Restaurant: Light lunch dining outlet consisting of international hotel classics, and modern sushi.• Pti zil Beach Bar: Relaxed beachfront dining with local inspired cocktails and Creole dishes.• Takamaka Terrace: Classic cocktail lounge, with shisha and mezza.• Spa Restaurant: Healthy Bento box cuisine.• Danzil Bar: Modern cocktail bar, serving light snacks.• Boutique: Coffee House, and in house pastries.• In Villa Dining: Private Dining Events From 2-172.www.raffles.com/praslin/
