I am personally responsible for multiple fiscal years with over $2 million in personal sales and adhering to strict customer satisfaction guidelines ensuring repeat business and building clientele. I have grown sales in different locations and most recently developed a new concept store from the ground up including all recruiting, hiring, training, and grand opening procedures. This location hit the ground running and with no established customer base, sold over $8 million in its first year of operation. I am also responsible for maintaining one of the companies top tier platinum locations with over $17 million in sales over the 21' and 22' years. I have worked in retail sales for the past 17 years. 12 with Conns, 4 with Sears, and almost 1 year with Best Buy. Most of my work has been in commissioned sales and management. I've also worked in the food industry so I have a wide range of skills that pertain to almost any position. I always strive to succeed and I always will when presented with adversity. I am a natural born leader and those that have worked with me, have seen that from day one. I have always been self driven, self taught and self motivated to obtain results. I find any opportunity to learn something new, and I believe that behind every experience is a lesson to be learned. Problem solving is a true forte of mine and I will not stop until a solution is found. Management positions are always put in front of me and that's the direction I take as I believe strongly in my ability to lead a team to victory. I am tech savvy and I have done car audio installations and sales as well.I would call myself self-motivated, as I always find ways to make things happen. I am responsible for multi-million dollars in annual sales over the last 12 years with Conns. I appreciate any opportunity and I am constantly looking for new challenges.
