Authored multiple standard operating procedures covering operations, training, and systems usage; frequently called upon by superiors for vast knowledge of Army processes. Created and managed company Sharepoint for enhanced communications and project management.

Complied and created reports from various automated systems to brief COO on training backlogs, trend analysis, and recommendations for future training. Responsible for developing future training requirement projections, training budget anal-ysis and execution, receiving and processing all individual training applications. Created and implemented a budgetary analysis tool to allow subordinate units to better execute, monitor, and report annual budgets. Prepared and executed training briefings and reports alongside Training Division Chief to COO.

Afghanistan

Directly managed nine employees with the purpose of supporting one of the largest and most active Battalions at that time, with over 1,500 employees. Ensured the completion of over 125 projects that moved over 5,500 shipments across Afghanistan. Created and managed a reporting matrix to provide senior management with over 30 unique variables on project execution.
