CurrentStarRez is a software development firm serving telephony management & residential living communities in higher education with more than 60% market share in Australia. My role is responsible for the support and maintenance of our proprietary software applications, from general user help through to troubleshooting high level and complex technical issues. Duties include: Provide technical support via telephone, email & remote connections Remotely install and configure integration for a broad range of systems and import and manipulate data from various sources Migrating old systems to new systems Enter all inquiries into the job tracking system. Track and advise about chargeable work being completed Troubleshoot high level technical issues across multiple systems, end to end Document new and amend existing procedures Follow escalation processes
