Beginning with Macintosh Power PCs running OS 7.2 and later with Compaq laptops and desktops running Windows 98 and XP. Lead team responsible for maintenance and installation of various technologies though out the district. Lead member of the district switch over project from a Macintosh to a PC environment. Programmed in VB 6 an application front-end for user submission of trouble tickets and purchasing requests. Due to popularity of the application I later reprogrammed it to include all Food Service and Facilities requests as well. Developed SOP and training materials.
