As the General Programing Supervisor for the entire Woodland Park Teen Center, I was responsible for the daily operations and yearly programing, leading a small team and supervising a small group of youth leaders. Supervised youth center staff in daily operations… Planned, organized and executed youth programs, involving groups of up to 50 students and 4 staff members. Conducted the selection process for a new student registration system, and presented it to the city council and Mayor for approval, then was key to its implementation. And led serval field trips throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Successfully led three cultural mission trips to Nepal, Sri Lanka, and a Native American Reservation. While working amongst the native people I was responsible for the daily safety, education, finances, activities, and transportation for the trip and the students. Communications between trip leaders, students, and international hosts were crucial and a big part the role.
