Conducted research into association and prediction methods suitable for segmented 3-dimensional magnetic resonance (MR) cardiac images, clinical and genome-wide genetic data. Methods of interest included sparse reduced rank regression, stability selection, permutation-based, distance-based and manifold learning approaches. Also co-supervised an MSc project on manifold learning and back-scoring for cardiac image analysis, in addition to cardiac image prediction via extrinsic manifold regression.
