Ensure all appropriate communication and key site messages are delivered consistently, clearly and effectively to promote good relationships and levels of engagement. Pro-active reporting of production issues, ensuring all relevant and operational critical issues / incidents are identified and resolved / escalated, to minimise disruption to productivity levels and customer service metrics within my business unit. Make recommendations for future improvements and best practice. Ensure that all processes and supporting tasks are completed to agreed timescales and support the achievement of all relevant KPIs associated to the customer. Strong verbal and written communication and numeracy skills and a passion for dealing with people and a focus to achieve employee satisfaction.
