I developed detailed financial models, including a fully functional three-statement model for a high-growth, publicly traded company valued at $4.3 billion TEV (trading at a 38x EBITDA multiple). I prepared a comprehensive Confidential Information Memorandum for a SaaS company, including transaction comparable analysis, construction of financial charts, and thorough due diligence on the business and industry. I conducted due diligence through CapIQ, FactSet, and other databases to assist with overall M&A execution.

Worked on and completed an M&A Advisory project to provide our client with a recommendation on whether or not to acquire a certain company based on the target's financial statements, market exposure, and growth projections. I also had the opportunity to work on a social innovation project to help a nonprofit organization tackle the mental health issues that their community was facing.
