He provided valuable assistance and insight into developing an annual heath schedule for circa 800 employees, then he demonstrated his management skills by overseeing the health surveillance process by liaising and arranging with multiple construction sites across the country and ensure that the health surveillance was delivered as prescribed. When faced with adversity he would work with an open mind to find a suitable alternative. Chris also managed the inventory, maintenance and calibration of all the health surveillance equipment and the upkeep of the mobile unit.
