I am the maintenance coordinator at Jae tech Inc. I manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel and work closely with the engineering department when project management is required. I coordinate and facilitate all maintenance and machine repair activities within the 37,500 square foot facility running three shifts of high volume production CNC machining geared to the automotive industry. I troubleshoot and repair all of the CNC machines, spline rollers and support machines in the facility. I install new equipment. I build specialty machines if needed. I have many contacts and vendors that I use to find and procure replacement parts for repairs. I find and manage all outside contractors when they are needed. Skilled in cnc repair, machine repair, electrical, machine controls, PLC, AC/DC drives and motors, power supplies, pneumatics, hydraulics, special projects, Ethernet ip. Okuma and Fanuc controls. Fanuc/Motoman robot integration with Okuma lathes.
