Working as a part of a larger team, it is my role to ensure that the correct stock is in Solihull for every job. This includes analysing stock levels in each of our UK locations and the organising of logistics to move or hire items as required.

My role at SSE Audio involved the efficient management of national and international deliveries and dispatch of orders. Corresponding with a variety of customers, couriers and suppliers face to face, over the phone and through email which requires strong personable skills and the ability to ensure good communication, despite language barriers. As the role is the sole position, prioritisation and time management are important when working to high-pressure deadlines. As well as working on my own projects, I have been hired on a number of occasions to act as a sound engineer for bands and solo artists, recording, mixing and mastering their work.

In June 2010 I was asked to session as a bassist for rock band, Trigger. This was at very short notice, with only two days to learn the songs required of me. I performed three shows with the band before they found a permanent member. I have also been involved in session work for recording projects, such as writing, performing and recording multiple guitars solo's on a track for the song 'L.A. Vice' by Wire Monkey.

As a sales representative for a specialist guitar and equipment within the PMT sales team required continuing professional development of knowledge and experience of the latest models and technology available, as well as focus on upcoming changes within the industry. The role involved selling products, across all areas to reach both personal and store targets, as well as store maintenance, merchandising and assisting customers with enquiries and technical issues.• Sell audio equipment to customers in person and over the phone to reach financial targets • Establish and maintain relationships with customers• Manage social media accounts• In-store technical demonstrations

Management of the selling and buying of various media products from DVDs to high end gaming and mobile equipment. Organisation and merchandising of the stock was an important responsibility, particularly at the peak holiday season.

Assisting in the production of on site food, till management and provision of friendly and professionalcustomer service within a fast paced cafe at the centre of Bristol.

The production worker position at TP3 Global including the manufacture of thermal temperature control pallet covers. Working as a team, training new workers, and advising team leaders on how to implement positive changes in the production process and materials were key aspects of this role.
