All buildings require winter shut down prep and spring start up prep.- Hands on management of all onsite trades including hands on carpentry, welding, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roads and parking lots, vehicle maintenance and proactive maintenance of the property. - Fresh water testing with small water operation certification under The Ministry of the Environment. -Interviewing, hiring, leading, training,evaluation, corrective action and coaching 25-30 full time, seasonal, co-op and volunteer staff of all ages and experience levels. -Certified Pool Operator including on site pools and splash pads, -Primary point of contact for TSSA, MOE, Health unit,, ESA, bylaw enforcement and building inspectors.-Responsible for all permits, quotes, and start to finish management, budgeting and obtaining permits of capital projects and new construction.-Senior health and safety representative. -Documentation and incident report fulfillment for all onsite injuries,/accidents or security related issues-Hands on sewage works over site,, servicing and reporting.-Work order implementation, management and over site.-Purchase order creation and management to ensure timely payment and accurate record keeping.- Budgeting for all capital projects, annual payroll and operating expenses.-Asset management and scheduling/ recording of all service records Show less
