My teams and I are responsible for new product introduction, lab testing, first office application of software and hardware, as well as, financial responsibility for managing vendor maintenance and new software delivery.

My team and I were responsible for the Engineering and Operations of the Global Verizon Cloud Platform, as well as, the Edge Application Infrastructure including 5G Core, EPC, and Mobile Private Networks. We also were responsible for deploying and maintaining thousands of instances of virtual RAN infrastructure leveraging our Verizon Service Orchestration Platforms.

I lead the Infrastructure team within HQ Network Implementation. The team brings new network infrastructure projects through design, lab testing, production testing, and deployment utilizing EPDP and Agile styles of project management. The team is responsible for virtualizing application and transport elements, as well as, bringing automation and orchestration to the physical and virtual networks.

The Data Services Operations team is responsible for the growth/evolution, implementation, and maintenance of the VZW data networks. I lead a team of over a hundred managers, engineers, and technicians who live, breath, and eat network reliability.

I lead a group of highly skilled technical managers with responsibilities over the IMS infrastructure, VOLTE applications, and various other Core call flow applications.

I manage a group of highly technical subject matter experts that provide 3rd tier operational and engineering support across the entire VZW 3G and 4G networks.

Primary support of Nortel and Motorola products. Operational, Engineering, Performance, and Planning support, as well as, Vendor Interface. Responsible for planning and executing all first office application testing of new hardware and software. Relied on to escalate nationwide/regional issues driving quick resolution. Manage projects and teams of network employees with focus toward project fulfillment, network stability, and growth.

Primary support of Nortel, Motorola products with direct relation to call termination performance, mobility, and RF performance. Secondary support for Lucent products. Responsible for VO, testing, and deployment of features into VZW network to improve call termination, access to network, and balance of performance versus financial expense.

Support all functions of NRB processes. Concentration on all things Nortel, with background in all VZW employed switching vendors. Proactive troubleshooting of VZW nationwide network. Work with new product launches (Voice and Data) and assist Regional and Headquarters personnel with project implementation.
