While working for Barclays, I had the opportunity to partner with the Financial Institutions and Global Corporate departments to analyze customer information pertaining to the financial, telecommunication, and retail industries. I gathered company data, along with analyzing quarterly and annual earnings statements to forecast cash flow projections. I utilized Bloomberg and FactSet to performance financial analysis on current and future clients. My role included assessing internal and external risk associated with both the company and industry. I also attended client meetings and presenting critical materials to relationship mangers and senior leaders. A key highlight while in this role included: • Member of the project team working with Global Corporate members to analyze over 500 companies focused on analyzing the company’s financial position both domestically and internationally to assist with debit financing and cash flow opportunities.

While in this role, I provided leadership and guidance to a team of 15 staff members while deployed, overseeing the performance, maintenance, repair, and inspection of avionics equipment related to multiple aircraft on site. I analyzed maintenance reports and financial statements to monitor expenses and negotiated pricing related to the purchase of new equipment. My role included partnering with internal teams including maintenance and quality assurance members, as well as senior leadership to discuss. upcoming projects and mission critical items. Additionally, I oversaw the training and mentoring of personnel with regards to operating procedures and equipment usage. A key highlight while in this role included: • Streamlined internal operational processes by implementing technical programs and equipment, as well as cross-training all staff members on multiple areas; led to reducing repair times by 7 days

As the QA Representative for the site, I was responsible for inspecting all equipment to ensure each item met specific guidelines and specifications that aligned with performance standards. I also managed a team of six staff members that assisted in the monitoring, inspecting and documenting of all materials. A couple of key highlights while in this role included:• Developed and implemented new maintenance guidelines to be followed during inspection to minimize risk and chance of accident while equipment was in use. Led to having zero incidents during this time period. • Created 30, 90, and 180-day maintenance requirements for all equipment that improved equipment performance, longevity, and overall efficiency.

In this position, I oversaw the maintenance, repair, and upkeep for multiple aircraft units including helicopters and fighter jets. I heavily engaged with working with other aircraft units to identify and repair mechanical issues correctly. I also monitored monthly reports to identify equipment needing to be inspected or repaired based on submitted requests and quality assurance guidelines. A few key highlights while in this role included: • Instrumental in overseeing 24 aircrafts for 9 different units during training exercises for pilots while deployed to multiple locations in Japan for six months. • Reduced the need to outsource materials and repairs by utilizing internal metal shop services to create required parts; lowered repairs costs annually for the division. • Recipient of the Certificate of Merit (2010) for outstanding leadership, as well as the Good Conduct Award (2012).
