I am a metallurgist with 26 years’ experience in both projects and senior operational roles. My experience includes mineral processing operations, site projects and ore body development projects, including interacting with corporate management, contractors and government departments.My key skills are:- Communication with senior corporate stakeholders, colleagues and subordinates.- Management of staff, contractors and consultants to achieve desired outcomes in a timely manner in both an operational and project setting.- Develop and manage operational and capital budgets and manage costs.- A strong technical knowledge in base metal froth flotation, mineral comminution and tailings dam management.- The ability to analyse and interpret complex data from process plant operations, mineralogy or laboratory testing.
