• Carry out end of year financial audit: Preparation and compilation of end of year financial accounts for the clients and filling returns with K.R.A.• Client Tax assessment i.e. Tax computation, criteria on tax payments and preparation of VAT and W/Tax on monthly basis for filling with KRA.• Preparation of monthly payroll deductions; P.A.Y.E, N.S.S.F, N.H.I.F for the clients and submission for the same to the relevant authorities on timely basis• Preparation and filing company and individual returns on behalf of clients with K.R.A• Preparation and filing of clients quarterly and annual P.A.Y.E returns on timely basis.• Carrying out review of clients’ accounting, internal controls and financial systems.• Undertaking specific audit assignments and preparing detailed audit observations and reports.• Preparation of management accounts report for clients.• Carrying out special investigations as may be required from time to time.• Act as liaison between the clients and the firm and ensure all the client’s needs are met in time.• Maintenance of clients books of account and performing monthly reconciliations of bank, stocks ,accounts payable and receivables• Any relevant assignment by the partners
