Learned Banking from the ground up. Taught credit card banking for a year as a banker coach for Wells Fargo. Led a team to take new hire bankers through their first three months at the bank. Because of my excellent communication skills, I was promoted to the Executive Office where I processed complaints for the bank. Processed high level complaints for a year, and was promoted again to work in Home Mortgage. My final role at Wells Fargo was working for the Life Events team for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. My role as a banker had me assisting customers dealing with Mortgage issues tied to a lost a loved one or family member. I helped thousands of famlies get through a tough time and stay in their home or pass their home on to a loved one. My last position at Wells Fargo was disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020.

I was hired for my skill set with made to measure clothing and the luxury business. Ran the business of Ermenegildo Zegna for Wilkes Bashford Palo Alto. Drove all the sales and produced all the custom orders. Developed a multimillion dollar client book and helped to drive sales over one million dollars a year. Participated in the buy and planning for the shop assortment. Led a team of five to produce and host all the trunk shows for Zegna. Worked for all suit brands including Hickey Freeman, Hugo Boss, Joseph Abboud, Ermenegildo Zegna. Developed the program to sell Zegna suits at Nordstrom including made to measure options, and helped control the buy for Nordsrom. Led a company wide team to drive sales for Zegna at Nordstrom. Taught the made to measure process for Zegna and developed the program for Nordstrom associates. Responsible for all made to measure orders for Nordstrom in Palo Alto.
