I took care of day to day issues, kept inventory and COPQ under control and helped technicians with any problems. I helped with financial planning and structuring for both areas. And helped develop a strong HSE culture.

Over the many years, I progressed to working with product lines in ESPCP, RDPCP, Horizontal Pumping Systems - Salt Water and CO2 high pressure and ESP. I was a key person for drive troubleshooting for a wide area for technicians and customers. I helped the Power Management Team with software tests, field harmonics and troublesome applications. I provided training for technicians on drives, controls and radio systems. I helped encourage career advancement and worked in areas from Northern Michigan to Southern Florida, and everywhere in between. I also helped with scheduling jobs and support for sales on technical issues.
