I started in my industry at 17 years old as a trainee. when I moved to a2b signs I started in the production area and moved up to production supervisor. that was never enough I'm always hungry to better myself so I learnt myself to wrap in my spare time. aswell as working long days and through the nights and weekends to meet customer expectations. I was then promoted to production manager using all equipment printers plotters cutters laminates. within 4 months of my promotion I was asked to take on the fitting team aswell. since managing both departments and assisting office staff we have completed some amazing jobs to very high standards and completed some big contracts never letting our customers down
