I assumed the role of Assistant General Counsel at Telix after the acquisition of QSAM Biosciences. At Telix, I lead all mergers, acquisitions, in-licensing and partnering on a global basis for the company. Telix is a commercial stage, publicly-traded (ASX: TLX) radiopharmaceutical company.

Structured and led reverse mergers of multiple Nasdaq/NYSE companies, took multiple companies public through traditional and alternative structures, consulted on dozens of acquisitions and change of control transactions in biotech, green-tech and other tech fields.

QSAM was a clinical stage biotech company developing targeted radiopharmaceuticals to treat bone cancer. In May 2024, QSAM was acquired by Telix Pharmaceuticals and QSAM's technology is currently being developed by Telix. In my role at QSAM, I led all financing activities, SEC compliance, contracting and business development, and governance matters. I served as lead counsel on the acquisition by Telix, handling diligence, negotiation and drafting of the merger agreement, proxy drafting and filing, and shareholder communications.
