Act as the senior soldier advisor to the Centre for Army Leadership (CAL) providing soldier input to CAL planning and concepts, representing soldiers interests in Army leadership matters. Manage the CAL stakeholders within the soldier space, maintaining and further developing the network both internal and external to Army and Defence. Brief as the SME on leadership to both officer and solider courses, conferences and other audiences. Promote Army leadership through various mediums including visits, leadership study days, newsletters and the development of new leader/leadership products.

Senior level management providing regimental logistical support to an operational combat unit. Ammunition ordering and storage in accordance with MOD Policy. Hard and soft facilities management. Procurement management and disposal of stores. Equipment care management process training and mentoring to sub unit SQMC's. Contract, purchasing and finance demander and authoriser. This period also included a regimental move of all personel and stores from Windsor to Bulford with minimal disruption to operational output.

Lead and manage a high tempo combat unit of a 112 soldiers making up D Sqn, the Household Cavalry Regiment, in order to maintain operational readiness. Roles include all aspects of Human Resources, maintaining the workforce through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring. Ensuring all members of the Sqn are correctly trained and career managed helping soldiers to reach their full potential. Maintain and uphold the values and standards of the British Army through education and discipline where required in accordance with military law. Deployment on various exercises and including overseas deployment to Oman.

Working with International partners and NGOs to provide leadership training and mentoring to the Palestinian Security Forces Officer Academy. Provided instructional support to develop instructors and syllabus to ensure it remained, a professional and sustainable training facility.

As a squadron quartermaster corporal (SQMC) duties consist of management and procurement of logistical stores in order to ensure the combat effectiveness of a combat squadron. To endorse and uphold equipment care policy, through leadership, mentoring and training. Manage and develop health and safety practices to enable the squadron work within a safe environment in accordance with HSE policy. Manage the squadron financial accounts used for social occasions and cohesive team training opportunities.
