Senior Non-Commissioned Officer for the Joint Detention Group S1 Office; Supervise specific human resources functions in a personnel office, Brigade S1 and human resources support activity; Advises Brigade commander on personnel readiness and strength levels of supported reporting units; Reviews consolidated reports, statistics, applications, and prepares recommendations for personnel actions to higher headquarters; Reviews and prepares reports and data on strength (gains and losses) of personnel; Prepares duty assignments of enlisted personnel; Develops, maintains and executes the JDG-S1 Battle Rhythm; Serves as the Primary Manager of the JDG-S1 Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) ensuring that all interoffice processes nest with the Commander's intent.

Command Group Administrative Assistant (CGAA) Special staff NCO responsible for executing Admin Assistant responsibilities for the following positions: Assistant Adjutant General-Army, Land Component Commander, Chief of Staff-Army, Command Chief Warrant Officer and the State Command Sergeant Major. Admin Assistant responsibilities include phone and calendar management, meeting coordination, staffing actions, orders and travel, leave management, evaluations and GO MANDAY requests. The CGAA has secondary admin assistant responsibilities to the Assistant Adjutant General-Air, Director of the Joint Staff, Chief of the Joint Staff and the Command Chief Master Sergeant. Additional responsibilities include command group staffing, awards and GSA management, state policy and MILAIR manager, technician pay, ceremonies and protocol. The CGAA also serves as the Command Group liaison to the JFHQ, including attending training meetings and IDT coordination.

Primary supervisor of the Personnel Readiness Team consisting of three Soldiers; processes daily personnel actions to include personnel action requests, officer and enlisted promotions, flagging actions, bars to reenlistment, index/validation of IPERMS batches, process SIDPERS transactions, validate and process Awards, validate and process conditional release and inactive national guard requests; assists retention NCO with processing of extensions; Site Security Manager for RAPIDS Station too include training of verifying officials; assist the Brigade S1 with developing policies and standard operating procedures for the 67th BFSB.

Coordinating the pre-ship training for all non-prior service enlistments; verifying that new enlistees are scheduled to attend the appropriate Inactive Duty Training (IDT) periods prior to leaving for Initial Active Duty Training (IADT); preparing training schedules for IDT weekends; reserve all training areas as needed for Echo Company Recruit Sustainment Program; processes daily personnel actions to include payroll actions, enlisted promotions and flagging actions; alternate NCO for ID Card Station too include training of verification officers.

Primary supervisor of the Personnel Readiness Team consisting of two Soldiers; processes daily personnel actions to include payrol l actions, officer and enlisted promotions, flagging actions, bars to reenlistment; assists retention NCO with processing of extensions; supervises mail processes for entire brigade; alternate NCO for ID Card Station to include training of verification officers; processes and supervises combat and peacetime awards for over 1500 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and DOD contractors; managed daily personnel status reports for over 1500 Soldiers in 42 different locations throughout the Iraq Joint Operations Area.
