OVERVIEW:The Member Engagement Advisor oversees all member retention activities with the utmost professionalism. The candidate will generate excitement and interest in Center programs for members and implement systems and procedures that focus on retaining existing members. In addition to selling new memberships, this person will be a liaison between all Community JCC Members who are involved in JCC Camps, Beyond the Bell, and other programs.
