Eagle LNG is a producer and distributor of LNG, providing affordable and efficient LNG for the marine, power generation, and export markets. It develops small-scale LNG fueling solutions for customers throughout the Caribbean basin.Primary Responsibilities:- Analysis of projects and markets across the LNG value chain, from gas supply, liquefaction, marine transport, terminals, pipeline, and power generation- Creating project financial models, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop key assumptions, then presenting the results to executive management- Competitive analysis of product pricing relative to substitute fuels (diesel, HFO, and other LNG suppliers), incorporating commodity, operating, transportation, and infrastructure conversion costs to estimate ultimate cost to customer- Analysis of alternative energy solutions, including renewable natural gas, solar, and hydrogen, to determine ultimate customer price compared to LNG- Review of proposals, transaction confirmations, and master supply agreements for perspectivecustomers and vendors

Southcross was a midstream company with a primary focus on natural gas and natural gas liquids in the Eagle Ford. As part of the commercial team, my primary focus was on:- Financial model analysis- Working with billing, measurement, and customers during each invoicing cycle to ensure statements were clear, correct, and timely- Budgeting and forecasting, particularly around market and contractual terms- As part of the Quorum ETRM implementation, reviewed and entered all contracts into the new system, ensuring accurate and complete outputs- Developed financial models, incorporating contractual and market analysis

- Generate actionable data-driven insights using fundamental/technical analysis and modeling, supporting physical marketing, operations, and corporate strategy- Collaborate with physical marketing team and affiliates on portfolio strategy, providing market insight and other relevant analysis to support decisions- Gather and organize high frequency supply/demand data, infrastructure developments, and pricing trends to summarize information for key stakeholders across the organization

- Negotiate contract terms with third parties for gathering, processing, and sales of equity gas and NGLs- Continuously evaluate commercial agreements, identifying opportunities for improved netbacks- Coordinate with Gas Scheduling and Business Unit to address any operational /market issues impacting production- Work with Business Unit to ensure adequate capacity for gathering, processing, and transportation of equity production over long term- Liaison with Finance and Planning, providing Marketing insight on important market/commercial developments impacting regional pricing, business strategy, etc.

West Africa:- Perform sales forecasting for Budget and Latest Estimates- Proactively monitor terminal inventory to ensure execution of sales, working with Buyer and Asset Team to make changes as needed-Review and validate cargo and terminal documents and nominations, liaison directly with third partiesNew Ventures Crude Oil Marketing Lead:- Review, analyze, and summarize markets, regulations, agreements, pricing, and infrastructure - Provide risk assessment and solutions/mitigationsGeneral:- Interface with Treasury, Credit, Accounting and Finance to ensure smooth monetization of production- Gather and report sales statistics and relevant market data

Scheduled 25 mb/d of offshore oil production, coordinating with Operations, Pipelines, and Market while managing inventory and imbalance positions. Worked closely with finance, validating volumes and costs, ensuring accurate accruals.
