Christopher Nunes is a Applications Engineer at Analog Devices at Analog Devices. Colleagues describe him as "It is a great pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Christopher Nunes. I have known Chris since September 2021 when he took Circuit Theory I with me. He received an A with the highest final score among the class of 96 students.
Not only did Chris receive the highest score for every single test and quiz, he was always the first one to submit the paper. For the 3 hour final exam, Chris submitted it within 50 minutes. His solutions were very simple, concise, but with clear steps, which demonstrate his strong mastering of circuit Theory and superb problem solving skill. For this reason, his solution usually was only half the length of that by an average student. To set a good example, I have posted his solutions on blackboard (a learning management system for courses).
With well recognized talents and achievements, Chris appears to be a modest person and shows respect to his fellow students and instructors. He never missed one class and was always punctual to the classes.
At Sophomore year Chris had started to demonstrate leadership role by organizing a study group and offering office hours to help peers who were struggling with the course materials. He recorded his last sets of office hours and posted the videos at Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLXQ4mhDd_g7WLQuXBcCQCSkg3DHYFcPk6). To benefit the whole class, I posted the link to these videos on blackboard. Thanks to Chris’s efforts and generosity, the average final exam score of the whole class was the best since I started to teach Circuit Theory I in 2006.
I believe that Chris possesses many attributes that will make him successful in whatever he undertakes.
