CurrentGalardi South Enterprises Director of Security As director of security, I manage and maintain all aspects of corporate security operations for multiple companies owned and operated under the GSE moniker. These include, Trop Inc, Country Club Inc and 2555 Chantilly LLC along with multiple other companies.• Manage in-house security officers for multiple locations 3500+/- man hours weekly this varies depending on need. Multiple security locations are operated 24/7 365. • Handle all HR responsibilities including all hiring, scheduling, training, pay roll for the security staff.• Do a monthly security profit and loss report for our CFO. • Maintain & Implemented security SOPs, Evac & Active shooter plans for multiple locations.• Primary POC for local, state & federal law enforcement for multiple locations.• Conducted and manage all internal civil & criminal investigations & background investigations.• Work closely with legal department on all matters • Work closely with CEO, CFO and COO on all aspects of company operations.• Manage and coordinate cash flow operations with armored car services.• Maintain Video surveillance, alarm & Access controls systems.• Manage executive protection detail Exec VP/CFO while in public• Maintain quarterly risk management assessment for the company and locations.• Primary manager and POC for the company’s IT, security, phones systems. • Maintain credit card PCI DSS compliance for all locations.• Maintain digital signage and advertising.• Manage and plane all security for all corporate special events.
