· Performs on and off equipment maintenance, electronic integrated systems maintenance and assigned aircraft maintenance.· Analyze equipment operating characteristics in order to isolate malfunctions and repair aircraft components by removing, installing, checking, and repairing avionics systems, sub‐systems and line replaceable units (LRU).· Use of precision test and calibration equipment that maintains, adjust, and calibrate hydraulic, fuel, electrical, hydro‐mechanical, aircraft interfacing devices, and dynamic air pressure systems.· Diagnose malfunctions using technical orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, integrated test systems and other test equipment. Additional duties include removing, replacing and repairing faulty system wiring.· Responsible for inspecting and evaluating aircraft maintenance activities, inspecting and verifying operational status and configuration of avionics systems and software, loading of all types of rack mounted LRU’s, and recording and ensuring validity of entries into maintenance data collection and inspection systems.· Comprehensive knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting basic and complex aircraft systems.· Routinely use Technical diagnostic equipment such as: oscilloscopes, Air pressure test sets, voltage/amp/watt meters, data bus analyzers, VOR/ILS transceivers, Fuel calibration testers, Time Domain Reflector meters, and Electrical Bonding meters.· Shop stock, DIFM (due in for maintenance) monitor, Equipment Custodian, responsible for coordinating parts, equipment and materials from support functions for maintenance application and ensure full accountability of all assets.· Follow up to ensure work is processed as planned and identifies errors in Maintenance documentation using the automated Data Integrity System.· Analyze and inspect new parts from supply and initiate product quality deficiency reports when items do not meet Air Force Standards and regulations.

· Plan, develop, and execute surveillance activities.· Perform contract technical reviews, product examination, first article inspections, process reviews, data collection and analysis, and quality system audits to assess the risk of each supplier and identify necessary corrective actions.· Lead Auditing/auditing experience with ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C.· Perform pre‐award/post‐award orientation conference as a form of communication with the contractor to ensure that the contractual requirements are understood and met.· Analyze and adjust surveillance activities continuously.· Delegate process reviews for special manufacturing processes.· Maintain knowledge of the agencies current policies and procedures.· Uphold and ensure compliance of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations that are applicable to the contract.· Mentor and lead team members with current policies and organizational skills to help the team develop and understand the agencies goals and objectives.· Analyze data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.· Professionally implement a plan when problems are identified and establish a reliable solution to mitigate the risk.· Apply quality assurance auditing principles and statistical techniques to ensure that the inspection of products form, fit, and function to meet contractual requirements.· Serve as a mentor and liaison for DCMA personnel, supplier facilities, and customers.· Developed curriculum and facilitated training for surveillance plans, contract technical reviews, and process reviews.
