Coordinated DCP’s Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program:o Emissions quantification/calculation and reporting to EPA for 40 CFR Part 98, Subparts A, C, W, NN, PP, and UU for Natural Gas Midstream and Transmission assets.o Built strong relationships and communications channels with Operations, Engineering, and regional Environmental specialists to ensure accuracy of reports.o Collaborated on design work for a Greenhouse Gas Reporting online module to facilitate greenhouse gas emissions calculation and reporting for a wide variety of assets, including gas processing plants, compressor stations, and CO2/acid gas injection.Supervised DCP’s Excess Emission Reporting Program for the Permian Basin:o Led excess emissions reporting from Gas Gathering pipelines, Booster Stations, and Gas Processing plants in compliance with NMEQ and TCEQ reporting requirements.o Responsibilities included emissions quantification/calculation, emissions comparisons against permitted limits, root cause investigation of each event, and affirmative defense of each event, if applicable.o Managed project contractors collectively investigating and filing more than 1,000 reports per year within the program.o Designed and implemented efficiencies that reduced program hours per report while maintaining report quality and compliance, allowing more time for incident trending and analytics.
