With over 10 years of high level service and tech experience, including 4 years in leadership; leading through rapport and role clarity. I am motivated to deliver exceptional experiences, resulting in successful outcomes. I strive to be a resource for my peers and leaders by communicating goals, tasks, and feedback up and down the business. I have the ability to provide experiences in English and fluently in Spanish as well. I am ardent about the process of evaluating, initiating and building improvements. As a soccer/football lover and a fan of many other sports I believe all teams must be built on trust and transparency. Having the correct team members in place at the correct times creates fluidity and reduces ambiguity. Accountability in the form of on going development within my self and my team is a priority; while proactively forecasting team and business needs. I am fulfilled by volunteering time through work created channels and being an active member of internal inclusive work groups for Latin/o/a/x members allowing me to connect with people across the globe as a mentor and student ; while donating time to those who need it most and the youth that will inherit a better planet.
