“Food History Course Development” Mellon Academic Year Research ProjectStudies and researches the development of food and its relation to cultural, social and economic development within America. Finding and identifying texts which would assist in overall research in addition to providing future material for course. Creating foundation for the development of a college level course in Food History and Culture. Negotiating copyright release for articles which will be needed for the course. Working closely with colleagues and professors to develop a team that is able to quickly share information and assist each other. Outsourcing to various parties in order to access information and facilities which are needed to research and develop courses.
