Finance Development Program-Perform Cost Package analysis on a monthly basis by performing month on month analysis on cost changes and the justification thereof.-Support New Product Launch costing for ISG products to ensure cost completeness by engaging cross functional team such as engineering, commodity management, project management and IT.-Own regional reports and updates for DELL Global Business Unit (CCN) in China to perform daily analysis and maintain controllership on cost updates/changes to ensure accuracy and cost correctness.

Finance Development Program-Public Pricing Compliance APJC Audit Engagement-Execute risk and data analysis through stakeholder interviews and worldwide finance data, develop test steps and test templates, select samples from population, perform testing, develop findings and observations, perform stakeholder alignment using the Agile Methodology.

Finance Development Program-Maintain controllership over DSI and inventory aging numbers for FGI, S&P and Market Commodities globally by maintaining partnership with Product Marketing, Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Product Group, and Controllers. Highlights action plans and communicate it out to leadership team.-Reporting on weekly FGI and Global Inventory Status and monthly on S&P Inventory and Inventory Aging report.-Participate in quarterly and yearly outlook for CFS, S&P, Spares, ARB, ESI, FGI and In-transit businesses by being a trusted business partner.-Prepare and analyse monthly channel inventory status and DSI. Work with business partners to call out key changes and challenges in different regions.-Drive process improvement and automation while maintaining process documentation for all responsibilities.

Finance Development Program-Responsible in high value accounts (Global accounts). Understand customer’s end-to-end payment processes and requirement from invoicing till payment in order to facilitate customer payment of receivables. Collaborate to solve disputes and push customer for payment when invoices are due. Drive process improvement in order to ensure invoices are sent to customers on a timely basis.-Responsible in SMB accounts. Implement automation strategy that enables reminders on payment to be sent to customer in order to increase productivity and reduce friction. Cleaned up 800+ customer accounts and solve multiple disputes with customers.-Be a trusted advisor to Credit and Cash team in advising the eligibility of credit limit amendments/credit hold release on customer accounts.-Manage forecast of cash flow from customer accounts in order to facilitate planning.-Consistently hit collections KPI for 2 quarters.

Fulltime + Part time Internship-Malaysia Shared service Centre (MSSC) Compensation Benefit Accounting -Support payroll validation and reconciliation for entities globally.-Take charge to run and process raw files in preparing IFRS 2 disclosure on stock-based compensation for entities globally.-Take charge to offer process improvements and maintain documentation.-Successfully support stock vendor transition project and provide necessary adjustments for statutory reporting. Validate and reconcile data from 2 vendors in order to ensure necessary confidence level for transition.
