Cleaned up 800+ customer accounts and solve multiple disputes with customers.-Be a trusted advisor to Credit and Cash team in advising the eligibility of credit limit amendments/credit hold release on customer accounts.-Manage forecast of cash flow from customer accounts in order to facilitate planning.-Consistently hit collections KPI for 2 quarters.
