With a family of successful creatives ranging from session musicians to builders and painters, I knew at a young age I’d uncover my passion for creativity rather quickly. With an affection for audio as a young musician, I found an attraction with the wide creative spectrum that reveals itself with practice and motivated development. This skill set lead me to graduating valedictorian from Full Sail with a Bachelors of Science in Music Production. Naturally, I found a way to cultivate a creative atmosphere here locally in Birmingham, AL working on various projects ranging from hip hop and rock audio production to scoring for short films and generating sound design content for small local businesses. With a diverse skill set, I knew I’d need to commercialize my capabilities and I found my way to large scale commercial AVL integration. Starting as an audio visual installation technician with The ESB Group in 2015 helped to educate me on the professional audio world outside of the parameters I’d known working within Pro Tools and the recorded audio arena. With that learning curve also came an exposure to the video, lighting, and networking divisions of commercial system integrations. I was able to thrive in various applications including corporate, education, hospitality, government, religious, and live sound events. With time, I became a lead installation technician and eventually as I grew in knowledge, The ESB Group grew in size and needed to implement the need of a logistics & warehouse manager, which is my current position. With my ability and experiences in the wide field of commercial audio visual integration, I was tasked with creating the role and responsibilities of a logistics and warehouse manager in 2019. With The ESB Group experiencing growth in each of my previous 5 years there, the need for front end systemization proved necessary. Now as a multifaceted department of one, I’ve sculpted the processes and practices of launching multimillion dollar AVL projects and managing a multitude of company functions including asset management, the rental division, and project financial close out operations.
