• Conducted statewide recruitment of African American and Latino students. To facilitate enrollment, provided admissions advising and created a directory of financial aid resources. • Served as liaison between school administration and students, advocating on behalf of the at-risk population to promote academic achievement, and improve retention and graduation rates.
