An ordained Minister and a graduate of Hartford Seminary, I serve the Lord through spoken word and song, sharing the power of God’s amazing grace in a variety of ecumenical and secular capacities. I have been Pastor of Bethlehem Covenant Church, an ethnically diverse faith community in Worcester since 2011 and Chaplain at Adelbrook, The Children’s Home for the last 15 years. I provide a welcoming environment that encourages fellowship and a deepening relationship with the Lord.I take great joy in lifting my voice and serving the Lord through music. Known as “The Singing Chaplain”, I perform throughout New England and share devotional messages and reports of praises to a worldwide audiences as an on-air devotional speaker and co-host of the Family Prayer Circle on WIHS 104.9 FM. At Adelbrook, I introduced a music ministry to build a deeper connection with students, provide an outlet for their creative expression and inspire self-confidence. I established a recording booth that enables the students to perform and record music, drama and poetry. To date, more than 100 students have participated in the program, producing 760 individual CDs. I am truly heart-led and committed to serving others. My secular experience includes helping young adults gain the tools needed for success as a GED Teacher, the Associate Director for family-focused programs and as coordinator for minority outreach at a local college. Earlier in my career, I helped establish the Tabernacle Baptist Church in New Britain, CT, and supported the organization in a variety of roles including Director of Music Ministries, backup leader of worship services, Head of the Pastoral Search Committee and member of the Deacon and Trustees Boards. I have been called “an ambassador for Christ and a pastor for all people”, and enjoy connecting with others to share what unites us as followers of Christ rather than on what divides us. Take Care and God Bless.
