Assembled and managed a team of design and construction professionals thru a phased, four-year project delivery plan.Cronkhite Graduate Center, CambridgeProject Manager for design and construction of substantial renovation/reprogramming of a 75,000 SF mixed-use facility. Uses include dining hall and commercial kitchen, 120 student rooms, student common areas and university office space. Project hard cost of $12 million completed in 10-week duration. Show less
