• Previously worked as an Installation Tech promoted 1 month into the internship.• Monitor over 100 individual client network circuits and their infrastructure nodes• Provide OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 NOC support to resolve network outages withinmultiple vendor environments including: Cisco, Dell, Aruba, HP, Sandvine, Meraki, A10,and Juniper• Implement various network design changes as per client requests• Provisioning wireless access points with customized SSID configurations per client needs• Maintain ACLs to prevent unauthorized access to infrastructure equipment.• Create and audit sensitive technical documentation for internal engineering use
