• Manage all preparations and execution for the defined project scope, working closely with functional planners to ensure consistency in activity durations and work pack standards. • Manages entire scope for the event including interfaces with all functions, in particular the integration of project work, including, the application of work pack standards, work estimating and job norms and consistent planning methodologies.• Ensures that the work scope is clearly defined, and risk assessed applying masterful application of scope optimisation processes. • Regular communication to steering committees. • Managing event planning activities and deliverables and achieving compliance with company standards. • Overall cost management and tracking. • Sets and monitors KPI’s for core teams and suppliers. • Communications with the project team and offshore personnel to ensure scope is clear and understood. • Responsible that all work-packs meet requirements. • Responsible that all engineering and construction assurance activities are completed on time e.g. Design review / HAZOP / HAZID. • Maintains a register/tracking tool for all TAR/Outage preparation requirements, activities, risks and actions • Responsible for the development of consistent execution man-hour estimates, identifying all resource requirements, (including 3rd parties). • Ensures certification is prepared for, communicated and signed off during event. • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of all TAR materials. • Ensure full close-out of the work-scopes, including Punch-lists, Work Packs, Document Control, MoC’s, etc.

• Accountable for delivering events to achieve targeted budget, scope and schedule. • Liaising across the Asset and Services team in to facilitate a successful deployment of accommodation vessels• Ensure planning and preparation of Campaign scopes have balance between core operations and Campaign activities• Initiate planning to deliver critical milestones in accordance with Shutdown Management Process Guide as specifically adapted for campaigns• Optimise workforce in order to safely and efficiently liquidate Campaign scope during both live and non-live periods whilst maintaining production• Support Campaign Manager in all aspects of Project Management, including: Stakeholder Management (including JV Partners), Resourcing, Communications, Progress Reporting, Offshore engagements, Planning, Workforce engagements/inductions, site visits and Risk Management• Ensure efficient interface management between both internal and external parties and processes• Identify Business Improvement opportunities to improve performance • Leads work scope collection, scope challenge and selection • Assist in the development of the organization plan • Coordinates optimisation activities including Reviews, Schedule Optimisations, resource leveling etc. • Act as Execution Manager during execution period• Ensures recording and acting upon lessons learned• Measure, monitor and report event KPI’s• Supports the development of contracting strategy for the Campaign and Turnaround• Drive Competency Based Development in the development of staff to sustain resources to meet business needs.
