• Education and Training of field personnel, allied health and physician and physician fellowship customers including updates on new products, features, equipment and studies pertaining to the pacing industry.• Field technical support and sales support to include troubleshooting of difficult cases, programming of devices for difficult device management, and competitive updates.• Field Engineering and Marketing Support Functions, Coordinate clinical trials in partnership with FCE's and Clinical Evaluation department, including documentation, product application and troubleshooting, and Assist investigators with site monitoring and data acquisition. • Serve as district and/or regional "expert" for all tachyarrhythmia products.• Manage the LSU Safety Implant Program, including material preparation, speakers, and logistics, Technical expert on Medtronic Products, and Liaison to physician customers during their visit to the program.

• Provide clinical support to customers and Sales Representative for education, implants, follow-up visits, and in-services to increase sales with existing customers.• Assist with education of Cardiology Fellows, newly implanting physicians, hospital staff, and clinic staff with pre-, during, and post-implant procedures to increase business with new customers.• Assisted and observed clinical studies in New Orleans and Shreveport as needed for follow-ups, implants, and troubleshooting.• Helped develop new implant stickers and customized presentations to fit our customers’ needs.• Assisted with training of new personnel with follow-up clinics and implants, as well as, a resource to the region for technical tips.• Current in the latest on the market released pacemakers and ICD’s from Guidant, as well as, our competitor’s devices.
