As the Replacement Rental Sales Executive, I was responsible for increasing Replacement rental referrals and increasing the use of our exclusive ARMS® Rental Management technology within all of our business segments. I was responsible for building relationships with and training our accounts with the goal of establishing preferred provider agreements and negotiating rates with our valued body shop and dealership business partners. I was also responsible for the training and development of our Rental team to promote excellent customer service and ensure an unmatched customer experience.

As the account manager, I would review blueprints for flooring and painting estimates. I would communicate and problem solve issues with clients, as well as onboard new clients.

As an Intellectual Property Clerical Assistant, I review trademark, copyright and infringement files, identify and extract agreements and original documents to be preserved; scan files for inclusion in document management systems; and identify correspondence and deadlines.

As manager, I was responsible for directing and scheduling all 30 employees. In addition to the detailed operations management, I was responsible for marketing and networking company capabilities and services. I would use my customer service skills to maintain current clients and develop new client relationships. For all employees, I would teach, coach, and train them, and if needed hold them accountable to performance metrics. I assisted the owner in developing the employee performance documentation and review process, as well as an employee manual.

As a department supervisor, I was responsible for running a profitable department with sales of 1.5 million a year and in a store that would do 80 million in sales each year. I would teach, coach, and train my associates and would hold them accountable if needed. I was able to work as part of a team, with my peers and upper management, to ensure the store would run effectively and proficiently.
