I have approximately 30 years of service in the military. My primary experience is in the field of Human Resources (H.R.). I have operated at all levels of the organization up to division size elements providing human resources needs and management for several thousand personnel. I spent the bulk of my career assigned to aviation units. My assignments include Enlisted Branch Manager and Deputy Director of State Family Programs. I have managed the Deployment Cycle Support Program (Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program), the Resilience, Risk Reduction, and Suicide Prevention (R3SP) to include The Army Master Resiliency Training Program. My last assignment was the Deputy Officer Branch Manager where my primary duty is the H.R. management of the five general officers (one Major General & four Brigadier Generals). I’ve held both Secret and Top Secret DoD security clearances.
