In my new role I'll be focused on ERM for Catalina's UK legal entities as well as supporting the Group Chief Risk Officer with various Risk activities across Europe, Bermuda and the US.

A Manager within Accenture’s Finance and Risk practice dedicated to supporting re/insurance clients globally but particularly in the US and UK as a dual citizen. Assisted global and regional regulatory change management, finance transformations, GDPR preparedness while supporting MDs with bid managing and risk management engagement with industry CROs.

After 2 years on secondment from the ACE Group Enterprise Risk function in London, I spent 3 more years as a full time UK employee working with the ACE European Group team Focuses included risk appetite monitoring and reporting, ORSA, stress & scenario, accumulation analyses, emerging risks and 2nd line model validation. I worked with the Capital function on promoting the the uses of the internal model across the business and with the Enterprise Risk function on improving the use of risk management across ACE.I was involved in producing Risk reporting for the Executive, Risk and AEGL / AUAL Board and have involvement with various sub-committees.
