Oversee all aspects of DVD/Blu-ray Production from Compression to Authoring to QC. Interact very closely with clients and employees to coordinate the production of DVD/Blu-ray. Work closely with sales to bid on projects and meet with new clients. Working with upper management to implement the roll out of Blu Ray while keeping the high quality standard def DVD.

Responsible for research and delivery of all audio/video elements needed for DVD/UMD production worldwide, working closely with Studios (Fox DVD/Paramount DVD) and Venders (Subtitles, Menu Designers and Audio Houses) to ensure timely delivery of elements required for DVD/UMD release. Handle/resolve rejections or QC issuers for all aspects of DVD/UMD production.

Responsible for research and delivery of all audio elements needed for Fox DVD production worldwide, working closely with vendors (DVCC, PDMC, GDMX) to ensure timely delivery of elements required for DVD release. Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time for DVD production. Research and retrieve audio elements as needed. Handle/resolve rejections for audio.

Over saw the day to day operations of 3 mix stages, 2 prelay bays and 1 ADR stage. Schedule and track mix sessions for TV and Theatrical release.
