Chris has more than 20 years of environmental consulting/engineering experience performing remediation, site investigations and characterization, project engineering, and project management. His experience includes soil and groundwater remediation design; construction management and oversight; stormwater management and design; pollution prevention plans; spill control and countermeasure plans; industrial wastewater treatment plant design; remediation system design; permitting; operation and maintenance and monitoring; feasibility studies; risk assessment; cost estimating; Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; soil, groundwater and surface water sampling; and geotechnical inspections and testing. Chris has worked for large and small industrial clients as well as federal clients (USACE, AFCEE).Chris has participated in all aspects of groundwater and soils investigations and remediation for a wide range of chemical impacts, including VOCs, SVOCs, pesticides, herbicides, petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, asbestos, and PAHs. Chris has been involved with or managed all phases of the RI/FS/RD&C process including the selection, design and implementation of numerous soil and groundwater remediation systems. These systems include in situ and ex situ chemical oxidation, permeable reactive barriers, in situ solidification and stabilization, pump and treat, and traditional containment and excavation projects. Chris is proficient in the preparation of engineered design drawings and specifications, contractor procurement (including multiple bidder solicitations, evaluations, bid award, and contracting), and construction oversight.
