A one man marketing agency (directly accountable to clients) currently based in Singapore.In Fukuoka, I ran KK Digikaizen, a digital skills training school focusing on people re-skilling to switch careers as well as fresh graduates looking to pick up digital skills before entering the workforce as there was a need to bridge the gap between university education in Japan and on the job training.I also help connect Japanese companies with my business network in Singapore, be it for investment or business development purposes. I am most involved in the tourism sector where I partner with local Japanese companies to revitalise rural areas of Japan. Japan offers so much more than simply just whatever is in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.In Singapore, I am also a Digital Marketing(DM) Trainer with 5 different institutes delivering training on DM implementation and strategy. I also balance the training with consulting and DM services for small businesses so that I can "walk the talk". For my clients, I pride myself on improving SEO for their industry relevant keywords to at least page 1, if not the top 3. For their advertising, I have delivered CPL reductions of 70% (from previous vendor).When I was in Tokyo, I taught more than 4000 Business English lessons with Gaba Corporation with a sales closure rate of more than 45%.In addition, I was a corporate trainer delivering customised on-site lessons in more than 10 companies across Tokyo spanning industries from banking to digital marketing and e commerce. Pre-covid, I entered a partnership with Fujihanami Kimono Rental Studios as a photographer/ business development, charged with expanding the clientele beyond China. To this end, I created the company website, the Instagram and Facebook page and managed them in order to boost branding. I also started the company Experiences page on Airbnb to access another channel for customer acquisition.In 2020, I joined Tropic Planners & Landscape Ptd Ltd as a digital media manager, taking charge of all digital assets of the company. I immediately revamped the group company's websites as well as some of the subsidiaries and conducted a media review for SEO.My belief in self improvement extends to myself; I study Japanese everyday towards to the goal of achieving business level proficiency (N2) and also new trends such as AI and the future of marketing.
