In 2016 I was honored to accept an opportunity to lead a group of my Sales Engineer peers in the Central US as well as recruit, hire, and train new engineers. You will find our team of Fastenal Engineers solving complex fastening problems with our partners, and documenting proven reductions in total installed cost.Mid 2018 my role shifted to leading our International Engineering teams in order to bring a consistent level of service across the globe. January 2022 my role has shifted again to lead the team of engineers responsible for supporting our Eastern US business unit.

We solve application issues, analyze failures, lead cost savings efforts, and educate both our colleagues in sales and customers about the best practices of bolted joints.This is a relationship based sales approach that works because we get to know our customers and the designs they care about. Our goal is to help them find the right solution, present all options, and guide them into making smart business decisions when it comes to hardware by identifying and eliminating risk. The role is exciting and fast paced and we strive everyday to continue to learn new methods and techniques to better serve our customers. Behind the field team is a deep bench of applications engineers ready to tackle the customized testing. Meaning we have the ability to facilitate not only standard testing, but customized application based testing for our customers.

I was a Project Manager for the automation of distribution center operations in the form of conveyor solutions, sortation equipment, and AS/RS systems. Program Management:I managed the motive power and reusable container programs for the company during much of this time as well.
