As Senior Project Manager at Boeing, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives that drive security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. Currently, leading a team of cross-functional team members that are responsible for reducing vendor-caused defects by identifying the opportunities within the vendor’s supply chain process and minimizing the defects through vendor contacts, and helping build an innovative solution to eliminate the defects. The team also is responsible for reducing the quality of manufacturing defects and supply chain discrepancies by using Lean/Six Sigma tools and processes. Using data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL, Excel…) I look for defect trends and inefficiencies that cause disruption to our customers then I lead the team in following the DMAIC methods and resolve the issues. While focusing on delivering results developing the best remains a high focus, ensuring that my team is continuously pushing themselves to be the best and expect the highest standards.

Lead a team of analysts that dealt with daily defects caused by the supplier and internal manufacturing. Worked with cross-functional teams (Engineering, quality, investigations, Supplier management, senior leadership, and directors) to document the issues and resolve them so the shop could deliver the product to our customers. I tracked the defects using tableau and lead a kaizen shop when it was manageable, In the other projects I lead the area’s Op Analyst through the DMAIC process and worked with senior leaders of the areas affected to produce the best result for our customers.
