I currently work as an insolvency administrator within the Completions team at Aperture. Most of my time with the company has been spent completing case reviews but I have also gained experience in auditing cases. I have been involved in training and mentoring new starts and showing them how the completions team processes work. I feel confident in holding meetings as I have held closure weekly meetings in the past. I have also given direct feedback in my previous role as an auditor. I collaborate with different departments by escalating complaints to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. I have gained knowledge of different access systems and have become efficient in the use of excel. I have collated stats and relayed these to the management team. I am also confident managing WIP and can create fluid and accurate capacity models.I have earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate for successfully implementing a savings idea within my team.

I was a football coach for the IFA for two years. I had to plan sessions for a variety of age groups ranging from primary one to primary seven. I made changes to what sessions I would deliver based on the age group. I acted as a role model for the children and encouraged each individual to participate. I also mentored younger coaches than myself. I gave constructive feedback on what they could improve and what they had done well throughout the coaching session.

I was employed by Manchester City Football club as a professional footballer for three years. During my time here I had a disciplined lifestyle. I had to adhere to a daily routine that consisted of multiple training sessions including weights training.
